A little bit about me
Sometimes I feel like I was in a sunlit meadow. That’s how I explain my deep connection to nature. I spend most of my time outside, often barefoot, for grounding, which I believe is very healthy for the body. I’m vegan, and I eat living, vibrant foods that feel right for my body. Whenever I can, I eat outside, in the daylight or under the sun, to feel that energy more fully. Nature is part of me. And through these words, I simply want to share what I feel, inspired by what I believe is the most beautiful and meaningful thing on this planet.
